Refund Policy

7-day satisfaction window
If you are unsatisfied with a paid membership, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge. This applies to your initial purchase only.
Recurring renewals
Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time from your account settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Concierge engagements
Custom Concierge engagements are governed by the statement of work signed at the start of the engagement and are not subject to the 7-day window.
How to request a refund
Email support@obvioushire.app from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge you would like reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund question directly, you retain all rights you have under your payment provider and applicable consumer protection law.
